Although uttermost care is taken in quality chek and other delivery process but In case of receipt of damaged/defective products, or products that do not match with your original order, you are requested to get in touch with our support team immediately by calling on 044-26503396 (or) you may mail us on support@callshowroom.com.

·    Shoppers need to ensure that the items are in first-rate condition upon delivery. If any damage or tampering is observed in the packaging, you may refuse to accept delivery and inform us as soon as possible. The return policy varies with respect to the nature and category of the product.

·    The below mentioned conditions have to be met to ensure successful replacement of the damaged/defective item.

1.    You should notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of the damaged goods, otherwise we will not be held liable for non-replacement of the order. And products also need to be returned within 48 hours once delivered.
2.   Please ensure that the products are unused & returned along with their original packing with their price tags, labels, barcodes, warranty card and invoices etc.
3.   The returned good would be subject to verification by our team to ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. In the event that the complaint is found to be genuine, the original price along with the delivery charges will be refunded to you within 7 working days
